New Service
Energy Balance Fitness Online is a platform of short strong, dynamic workouts.
Energy Balance Fitness Online is a platform of short strong, dynamic workouts, to fit neatly into the busy day of females working at home or working out from anywhere.
Home workouts are such a winner, as you only need the time allocated to do the session. These workouts are really based on legs, butts, thighs and abs with short winning combinations of movements which WORK. By own her own admission Carmell is “particularly good with legs and butts.”
The class formats have been finely tuned (during testing on a pilot group, who are now walking adverts) in time frames of 25/30 minutes – just the right length of time, to allow you to stay focused. There has been success with the early morning series – energised for the day, workouts complete, bodies stronger, minds in gear.
Corporate & Teams
It has been proven that clients gain from the accountability of ‘showing up virtually’ at a given time to take part in their workout. During ‘remote’ times, connections have been retained, by working out together, yet in our own homes. (No requirement to have your camera on, but the feeling of inclusion is still there).
If you would like a tailor-made session for you, co-workers, or your team mates, please get in touch. Carmell has lots of experience with many groups and teams including teaching Pilates to Munster Rugby Team during pre-season training.
